The CANAL+ service is without commitment and cancellation fees. The standard subscription fee is charged regularly 1× per month. You can also take advantage of our promotional offers and get the service at an even better price!

The subscription fee for the following billing period is deducted either on the penultimate day or the last day of the current billing period (the billing period is 1 month). Billing details of the promotional offers are specified in the Special Terms and Conditions.


The user is entitled to terminate the contract at any time during its term (two days before the end of the billing period at the latest), with effect at the end of the billing period. CANAL+ application provider shall not charge any fees for giving notice of termination. In case of termination before the end of the billing period, the fees and subscription fees paid shall not be refunded.

How to register using the webpage?

1. Once on the www.canalplus.sk/en webpage, enter your e-mail address and click on the "Subscribe now" button.
2. Select your preferred type of subscription and click on „Register“.
3. Fill in your name and surname. Make sure your email address is correct as it serves as your login to the app.
4. Select payment method (card or PayPal) and fill in the required information.
5. Set a password. You will use this password to access the CANAL+ app and My CANAL+ account.
6. You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

How to sign up on smart TV?

Installation of the app on the supported smart TVs

1. Open App Store in smart TV.
2. Search "CANAL+ App“.
3. Install the app for free. Some smart TVs may have the app pre-installed.
4. Open the CANAL+ app.
5. If you are already a CANAL+ customer and have an account created upon registration, please sign in. If you are not yet a CANAL+ customer and do not yet have an account, register at www.canalplus.sk/en
6. Click on "Sign in" and log in using your e-mail and password or QR code.
